1)   All tournament play will be strictly governed by the USGA rules. No local rules will 
      apply with the following exceptions:

     #11 - Tiger's Eye - Should you hit your ball into the water hazard, you may go to the
              designated drop area and incur a 1 shot penalty.

     #4, #13, and #16 - Leopard's Chase - Should you hit your ball into the water hazard
              you may go to the designated drop area and incur a 1 shot penalty.

     #3 and #6 - Lion's Paw - Should you hit your ball into the water hazard, you may go
              to the designated drop area and incur a 1 shot penalty.

2)   The fourteen club rule is in effect.

3)   Any questionable "Rule" situation or discrepancy should be handled as follows:

             The ball in question and a provisional ball should both be played and
             both scores entered.  Upon completion of the round, you should consult
             with the Pro shop or the tournament director for the appropriate ruling.

4)   Tournament format will be medal play (stroke). You must hole out on each hole.

5)   Play the ball down everywhere (including sand traps).

6)   If lift, clean and place applies, you will be advised before the start of the round.

7)   No gimmies.

8)   There will be a total of 4 flights. There will be an overall Gross Winner (club
       champion) and a Gross Runner Up.
      There will be a low net winner and runner up in flights 2, 3, and 4.

9)   If a tie exists for the Club Championship (cumulative low gross for the 3 days), a
      sudden death playoff will be played to determine the club champion. All other
      flights will be determined by match of cards according to USGA Rules.

10)  Scores will be posted as tournament scores.

11)  All participants will play from the Red Tees on Lion's Paw and from the Caspian Tees
       on Tiger's Eye. First Flight will play the Gold Tees on Leopard's Chase, all others
       will play the Red Tees on Leopard's Chase.

12)  In the event of a heavy rain before the Tournament begins, the Tournament
       Director will decide if that day's round will be played or canceled.
       In the event of rain during the competition, play will continue.
       In the event of lightning, each player has the option to play on or clearly mark the
       ball's last position, seek shelter at the clubhouse until the storm passes and then
       continue play with a marker present to complete the round.

13)  There will be a social and award presentations after golf on Wednesday,
       August 18th. Details to follow.
